Entry for Apparel. – Icarus Air4 S/S Dry Top by Hiko

“The Icarus was a long time coming but there was a key component missing – a component that will make a whitewater shortie perform like a dry top while still providing the comfort and convenience of a slalom race top.”

“This key ingredient is the arm gasket. Made from our innovative e.prene the gasket is a two-layer soft neoprene with a silicon coated strip on the end. Because of its doubled design the two layers slide on top of each other allowing for free movement in full extension. The silicon strip provides latex-like sealing capabilities without causing that uncomfortable compression over the biceps. Last but no least – it is so easy to put on. You simply roll over the silicon strip and slide into the neoprene as if it is a t-shirt. Once on, roll the silicon onto your skin to seal the entry. The Icarus is made from the Air4 material coming standard with a double waist with Double Pull adjustment. The double tunnel waistband provides a tight seal against your sprayskirt. Lastly the neck latex gasket is further protected with a neoprene cuff. “

“When the sun shines and the water feels fresh there is no better companion. “
