If he isn’t there already, 18-year-old Kaelin Friedenson is en route to becoming one of the best all-around paddlers in the game. The 2021 Extreme Slalom Junior World Champion and Junior Green Race Winner (6th overall) brought his slalom precision and skill to the racecourse and the river. From downriver and freestyle fun on Great Falls of the Potomac, the Oetz, the waterfalls of Mexico, Norway, and more.

Look for Scottish junior Robert Eggleston on any river around the world. In 2021, Eggleston took on the Rondu Gorge of the Indus, first descents and laps of classics in Norway, took advantage of high water in Wales and Scotland, shredded on the Zambezi, and is styling his way through Chile. Did we mention he is only 19?
